The firm's lawyers have handled disputes between trademarks and Internet Domain Names in cases of cyber squatting (or domain grabbing: the hoarding of DN corresponding to trade marks of others, also in the variations of the squatting type, which consists of recording a DN that differs from the mark only for a very common typo). They have been involved in questions concerning the protection of software, databases, and TV formats, providing assistance in these matters by way of drafting agreements and handling extrajudicial disputes.
