Francesca Andreolini assists clients in matters concerning patents, trademarks, unfair competition, trademark agreements and licenses.
He graduated in law with honours from the University of Milan in 2008, qualifying as a lawyer in 2012 , and is a Member of the Bar of Milan. Prior to joining, in 2014, the Parini Andreolini Cupido firm, ha lavorato presso il dipartimento di diritto penale dello studio legale e tributario Sciumé & Associati, handling corporate criminal law matters. She later worked with the Sutti law firm, dealing with industrial and intellectual property questions.
She is an adjunct professor at the University of Milan and lectures at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. She is the co-author of the book 'Marchi e Brevetti' published by Esse Libri and the author of publications in the Notiziario dell’Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Industrial Property Consultants Journal).
