In 1951 Erminio Parini (7.2.1923 - 20.6.2010) founded the law firm Erminio Parini, and it is the activity and tradition of his firm that we carry on to this day. After graduating in law from the University of Milan, he chose to follow in Industrial Property, specializing in all legal aspects of patents, trademarks, contracts and unfair competition. He published, inter alia, Relations between Italy and other States in the field of Industrial Property.
