Marco Andreolini

Marco Andreolini has extensive experience in all legal aspects related to patents, trademarks, unfair competition, patent and trademark agreements and licenses.
He graduated in law with honours from the University of Milan in 1979, qualifying as a lawyer in 1982 and is a Member of the Bar of Milan. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court. In 1984 , before joining the Erminio Parini law firm, he worked for five years with the law firm of Professor Sena. Together with Andrea Parini and Marco Cupido, in 2014 , he founded the Parini Andreolini Cupido law firm.
He is an adjunct professor at the University of Milan and the Polytechnic of Milan, he has lectured at the University of Milan-Bicocca and has taught for twenty years on the 'Convey' courses for preparation for trademark and patent attorney examinations. . He has presented papers at many conferences in the field of industrial and intellectual property; He is, also, the author of numerous publications in the field of industrial and intellectual property including 'Brevetti, Modelli e Marchi: la competenza territoriale' published by Pirola, he is the co-author of 'Patents and Intellectual Property' published by Pirola and of 'Brevetti e Proprietà Industriale' published by Esse Libri.
