Marco Cupido
Marco Cupido has extensive experience in Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law, both judicially and extrajudicially.
He graduated in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1986, qualifying as a lawyer in 1991 and is a Member of the Bar of Milan. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court.
For many years he was a partner of the firm Sciumé & Associati. In 2014, together with Andrea Parini and Marco Andreolini, he founded Parini Andreolini Cupido law firm.
He is the author of numerous publications on Corporate and Commercial Law and participated in the drafting of “Formulario Commentato degli Atti Societari
