Graduated in economics, he completed his studies and worked as a manager and consultant also in the BRICs and in other European countries, already practicing the legal profession and economic-accounting advisory there and obtaining his first qualification in 2011.
Since 2012 he has assisted in the data protection profile of primary national and international groups, operating in particularly critical areas in this perspective, such as e-commerce, social networks, diagnostic, biomedical and hotel booking management software and apps , profiling, geolocation, Big Data analysis, list providing, telemarketing and call center services, pharmacovigilance and clinical trials. Given the experience gained, he is frequently invited as a speaker to courses and conferences on privacy, also accredited by the Milan Bar, especially intended for the pharmaceutical audience. He has also participated or is contributing to the preparation, as a speaker and lecturer, in training events and conferences on the protection of personal data for small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals (Chartered Accountants).
He is trained, with a course accredited by the Milan Bar Association, as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and in the process of being accredited as such by the certifying body FAC Certifica. As a corporate lawyer, his activity is mainly in the extrajudicial field and in the preparation of compliance models pursuant to the Privacy Code and the GDPR.
